I would like to recommend Jonathan as a great career/professional development Coach, which is something he did a lot during his time at HP. I was in touch with him at a time I was trying to make the transition from a Marketing Program manager role into my first Sales Management position. He really helped me to analyse my situation and then figure out how to move forwards - and I did indeed make a successful transition, with his help - but he also challenged me as a good Coach should, to think more broadly and approach my situation from different perspectives, try different techniques. He has a lot of experience in this area & I hope now others outside of HP will be able to benefit more from his coaching.

It is a good course, especially if you haven’t taken any course related to time management. It goes beyond the usual time management techniques, but starts with an inner focus approach, this is foundational.
This course helps you better understand the mechanisms behind what makes you tick, and what you can do to better utilise the time you have.
Jonathan has thought deeply and read widely on team work - as a result he is bursting with useful insights that means you're sure to take away useful ideas that will be immediately applicable to your situation.
Main take-away: When receiving feedback, take responsibility to facilitate the person giving the feedback - i.e. don't be too passive.
Really valuable, I have time to review my behaviour and what I need to change and focus on.
Definitely worth attending, opens your eyes to new techniques, how you work, and your working mentality.

Working with Jonathan was a pleasure. He has an excellent manner, really knows his subject and is a fantastic listener. He very cleverly helps you to explore your ambitions and desires without ever leading you in a particluar direction. I was rather expecting to be told 'oh, you should do this or you should do that' and once found myself wondering what it was he was actually doing for me. I quickly realised that I had never achieved such clarity regarding myself and ambitions as I did with Jonathan. Everybody should have someone like Jonathan.
Jonathan was engaged to work with my senior leadership team of 12 people over the course of twelve months. I found him very knowledgeable and attentive, listening carefully to what we were seeking to achieve, but contributing his own ideas too. He carefully involved me in the planning of a series of workshops which he delivered professionally and flexibly. Having used various similar systems such as Myers Briggs in the past with interesting but not wildly helpful results, we were really delighted with the detail, accuracy and valuable insight that you and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter brought to our working relationship. We had been struggling in our team to work as powerfully together as we knew we were really capable of, because there were some quite fundamental aspects to our styles that we needed to understand, consider and accommodate. Knowing the results and having your brilliant guidance and suggestions through the process has made us profoundly more effective and created a much happier office environment.

As you're working through the material, keep picturing the real life situations in which you will be applying these principles - so it doesn't stay merely in the abstract world of ideas. My main takeaway was: Be specific in feedback.
